Location: Remote (U.S. Based)
Contract Duration: August 15, 2025 June 30, 2027 (with extensions possible)


Job Description

We re hiring 2 experienced Anaplan Consultants for a large-scale, multi-agency implementation with a U.S. government entity. This is a long-term remote contract focusing on Anaplan template design, configuration, rollout, and support.

You'll be part of a phased deployment to executive branch agencies, working on workforce planning, compensation forecasting, budgeting workflows, and more using agile methodology.


Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 Core Template Design

  • Design and build scalable, modular Anaplan templates

  • Integrate with Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle DB

  • Configure modules for workforce planning, compensation, fund planning, cost allocations, and approvals

  • Collaborate with 4 5 agencies to validate and refine the base model

  • Support creation of a Center of Excellence and deliver knowledge transfer

Phase 2 Statewide Rollout

  • Lead phased deployment to ~85 agencies

  • Manage onboarding, training, and iterative enhancements

  • Establish centralized support via a CoE help desk

  • Track adoption, accuracy, and performance metrics

Phase 3 (Optional)

  • Build custom financial modules for agencies with advanced needs

  • Consolidate statewide Anaplan data for enterprise-level planning


Requirements

  • 3+ successful Anaplan implementations (required)

  • Experience with agile development and government projects (preferred)

  • Deep understanding of Anaplan model building, integrations, and optimization

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present delivery plans during interviews
