This will be an AWS engineer who can reconfigure complex data ingestion pipelines to move the mainframe processes to the cloud

JD:

• As a AWS Engineer, you will help modernize and streamline our data ingestion and ETL pipelines by migrating hundreds of mainframe-based processes to a scalable, cloud-native architecture on AWS. You ll work on ingesting flat files and structured data from third-party systems like Fidelity and Invest Net, transforming it into usable formats, and storing it in AWS This role involves rebuilding complex, multi-step workflows using modern ETL tools and orchestrating them for reliability and performance in a cloud environment.
• Modernize internal workflows using AWS-based, event-driven architecture. building and automating cloud infrastructure that supports the ingestion and processing of vendor data.
• AWS Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Terraform to deploy serverless workflows and integrate them with internal systems
• ETL processes
• Automating data ingestion processes using Python.
• Postgres DB
• GLUE = nice to have
