Job Details

Role: Sr. Program Manager - Legacy ERP (JDE & Oracle Apps)
Location: Remote with Travel to Client (Allendale, NJ or Kalamazoo, MI)

Knowledge of JDE, Oracle, and SAP Technologies

  • Led assigned projects, ensuring delivery within schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Define and monitor project milestones while developing and maintaining an integrated delivery plan with resource capacity and actuals analysis.
  • Work with resource managers to confirm resource availability for project schedules.
  • Apply risk management strategies to address risks that could affect project cost, quality, scope, or schedule.
  • Create and update project documentation as required.
  • Review and approve timecards associated with projects.
  • Develop business case financial models.
  • Forecast, track, and report on project financials; maintain financials in project management tools.
  • Manage change requests by evaluating their impact on scope, schedule, and cost, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with supplier management groups on supplier engagement, service quality, experience, and costs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation, including but not limited to computer systems validation, SOX, and PM standards.
  • Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and publish periodic project status reports.
  • Represent projects in governance and inter-departmental forums.
  • Align projects with defined success parameters and ROI targets per business cases.
  • Assess trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
  • Work with business sponsors to define success metrics and deliver projects aligned with these criteria.
  • Ensure all projects comply with organizational project methodology standards.
  • Support and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational knowledge, and relationship building for effective project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
  • Documented experience in planning and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience managing remote project teams is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is desired.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full project management lifecycle for software, maintenance, development, implementation projects, and IT methodologies (ITIL).
  • Experience with multi-technology and cross-functional projects and customer relationship management.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
