About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support our client, a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturing organization, in their post-go-live NetSuite environment. This consultant will play a critical role in stabilizing operations, training end users, and fine-tuning configurations to optimize system adoption and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on NetSuite expertise post-go-live to ensure smooth operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and compliance modules.

  • Deliver end-user training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business and technical teams.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement configuration adjustments (workflows, dashboards, forms, saved searches, and reports).

  • Support issue resolution and troubleshooting of user-reported problems, escalating as necessary.

  • Recommend best practices for process improvements aligned with Aerospace & Defense industry standards.

  • Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure cross-functional adoption and efficiency.

  • Assist in developing a framework for continuous improvement and post-implementation governance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting/administration experience.

  • Strong background in manufacturing (preferably Aerospace & Defense) including BOMs, work orders, inventory, and compliance workflows.

  • Proven experience in post-go-live support, training, and end-user enablement.

  • Ability to configure NetSuite objects (forms, workflows, roles, permissions, reports, saved searches).

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.

  • Experience working in contract or consulting engagements preferred.
