Principal IT Strategy Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal IT Strategy Consultant in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with enterprise business objectives, driving continuous innovation and organizational excellence
* Provide specialized advisory services through comprehensive analysis of 400+ applications spanning homegrown and COTS solutions, delivering actionable recommendations that enhance business capabilities
* Conduct in-depth evaluations across diverse platforms including AWS, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Unix, Windows, and mainframe systems to develop strategic recommendations for mission-critical through non-critical applications
* Create current and future state process flows that clearly link business capabilities, products, and operations, enabling comprehensive understanding of how technology solutions integrate with business processes and drive organizational outcomes
* Partner with Subject Matter Experts and existing teams to ensure solutions are contextually relevant and effectively implemented across diverse technology stacks
* Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success, demonstrating tangible business value through advanced analytics and continuous improvement frameworks
* Identify process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency across web-based, client-server, cloud, and on-premises environments
* Provide technical leadership in architecture decisions, solution design, and technology roadmap development to support business objectives
* Evaluate and recommend adoption of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring business units remain at the forefront of industry innovation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
* 5-8 years of experience in IT consulting, technology advisory, or strategic business roles
* Full stack engineering expertise and large-scale product delivery experience
* Experience working with Power Delivery, Marketing and Communications, or Customer Service business functions
* Process engineering and mapping skills
* Power BI and advanced analytics expertise
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven track record in strategic advisory services
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in relevant field
* Six Sigma Black Belt certification
* SAFe, PMP, or other project management certifications
* Experience with utility industry systems and Smart Grid technologies
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
