Position: Workday Integrations Lead Location: Indianapolis onsite
Duration: 1 year
Job Description:

Seeking a Workday Integrations Lead who has the technical expertise to design, build, test, verify, and support Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate is proficient in building and maintaining Workday Integrations, enjoys critical thinking and problem solving, and can consult the client to add value and enforce best practices.

Technical Skills

5 to 7 years of Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday EIB Inbound/Outbound Integrations, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.

Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.

Registration of API clients and use of OAuth 2.0 workflow.

Develop, test, and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.

Ability to work with XML, XSLT, and JSON.

Experience using Workday Web services including RAAS, SOAP, REST, and Graph.

Able to explain appropriate use cases for App Components, create and maintain Business Objects, design and implement a Business Process, Build and Execute an Orchestration, and design and use reports using RaaS and WQL.

Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements to improve system efficiency.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of application designs, field mapping, business requirements, process flows, system configuration, and test plans.

Management Skills

Lead and participate in integration design and requirement workshops, integration build, integration unit testing, end to end testing, deploy, and post-production support activities.

Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.

Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that Workday solutions are delivered successfully.

Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

Ability to manage change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes and systems implications.

Consulting Skills

Ability to multi-task effectively.

Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.

Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on Workday Integration interfaces.

Demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills required.

Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must maintain confidential information, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to meet deadlines.
