Risk and Compliance Professional (RCSA)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance Professional (RCSA) to join our Commercial Financial Services team. In this role, you will lead critical workstreams within client engagements, deliver high-quality solutions, and support the implementation of risk and compliance frameworks—particularly focusing on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA). You will engage directly with client stakeholders, participate in operational meetings, and develop impactful reports and presentations for internal and external executives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, operational risk, and compliance within Globally Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs) or similar large financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage project workstreams within client engagements focused on operational risk and compliance
•  Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
•  Provide expert guidance on banking regulations and risk management practices to ensure client compliance
•  Prepare clear, structured, and compelling presentations, dashboards, and reports for client stakeholders and leadership
•  Facilitate regular operational meetings and workshops with clients to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
•  Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure high-quality deliverables
•  Support clients in enhancing their risk frameworks, especially those aligned to international standards for G-SIBs

What We're Looking For:

•  Bachelor’s degree
•  3+ years of experience in the banking industry or in consulting roles focused on commercial financial services
•  Experience with operational risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within large banking institutions
•  Deep knowledge of RCSA frameworks and process documentation
•  Proven success in managing risk assessment and compliance processes for G-SIBs or other large financial institutions
•  Strong client service delivery and relationship-building skills
•  Exceptional communication skills tailored for executive and client audiences
•  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
•  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
•  A collaborative, consultative, and energetic mindset with a focus on innovation and quality

Preferred qualifications:

•  Professional certifications such as CRCM, CRMA, CAMS, or similar
•  Experience working within or consulting for G-SIBs, regional banks, or fintech organizations
•  Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and risk transformation initiatives
