Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Integration, Catalog & Data Migration)

Location: San Francisco, California & Dallas, Texas
Experience: 9+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with deep expertise in Integrations, Service Catalog development, and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Record Producers.
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems (e.g., monitoring tools, ERP, HR systems).
  • Perform data migrations from legacy platforms to ServiceNow using tools like Transform Maps, Import Sets, and ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Utilize Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to meet business needs.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and demos.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and versioning details.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM module implementations.
  • Proven experience in REST/SOAP API integration development.
  • Expertise in creating and customizing Service Catalog items and Workflows.
  • Deep understanding of data migration processes in ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and platform configuration.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, or ITOM is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM Implementation Specialist are preferred.
