Job Details

1) Good understanding of web applications, Testing frameworks (QMetry), Agile/SCRUM processes, unit and integration testing, definition of done, Agile estimation of stories/tickets
2) Must be familiar with regression testing, end to end testing, capturing test results and updating JIRA tickets/Stories
3) Should maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, mainly product owner and business users of the organization, making sure that everyone s perspectives are considered and addressed. This involves engaging with various stakeholders, including managers, team members, clients, vendors, business users - effectively managing their expectations, ensuring continuous communication, and acting as a liaison between product owner, users and developers. Senior business analyst is expected to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings, helping stakeholders identify problems and understand needs and guiding them through the decision-making and change management processes.
4) Work as first layer of tester, sometimes, before the product owner, and identify issues/bugs and reporting them in timely manner. Sometimes, need to work one on one with specific developer. Also, need to assist in additional testing requests by the product owner.
5) Must show keen interests learning various IT Nuclear products/applications, domain knowledge. Must be willing to learn on Nuclear Work Management Application suites, NAMS (Nuclear Asset Management System) application and tools.
