Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Developer to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions for our organization. This role requires an expert understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding practices, and integrations to create scalable, efficient systems. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Community Cloud.
Implement and manage Salesforce sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and efficient access control.
Design and execute integrations with external systems using Platform Events and APIs.
Write clean, scalable code to support enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance and functionality.
Optimize existing Salesforce features and customize workflows to enhance business operations.
Provide technical guidance and support during system upgrades or new feature rollouts.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, tools, and certifications to ensure continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with overall business goals.

Requirements

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Community Cloud development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
Experience with system integrations using APIs, Platform Events, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience coding in scalable Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with client-side scripting and cloud technologies.
Certifications such as Salesforce Developer II, App Builder, or Architect Path are a plus.
Background in the mortgage or financial technology industry is desirable.
Knowledge of tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Encompass is a bonus.
