Description
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Montecito, California. This is a long-term contract position where you will provide essential technical support and ensure seamless user experiences across various systems. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a strong background in IT support, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve technical issues related to Active Directory and Windows environments.
Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Manage and respond to service desk tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 systems.
Provide clear and concise guidance to users experiencing technical difficulties.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and enhance IT operations.
Document technical procedures, resolutions, and updates for future reference.
Assist in maintaining system security and access controls.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and practices in IT support.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with handling service desk tickets and related workflows.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and follow-ups.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
