Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 PeopleSoft FSCM Asset Management

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid On Site & Telework)
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central

Position Overview

Systems Analyst with strong PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 experience, specifically in Asset Management. The role involves requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system integration testing, and collaboration with large teams on state government asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business objectives, identify solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
Gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and map program functions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and functional analysis presentations.
Perform end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
Review system capabilities, specs, and scheduling limitations.
Support documentation, training, and other project tasks as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using MS Teams for large group communication.
Ensure compliance with state processes and project methodologies.

8	Required	Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing
8	Required	Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
8	Required	(at least 2) Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
4	Preferred	Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
2	Preferred	Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
2	Preferred	Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control
2	Preferred	Experience with SharePoint
