Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Boston, MA. Candidates must have extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise applications to be considered for this position.
Rate Range: $44/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $60.00 per hour

Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Analyze application incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex application problems efficiently.
- Monitor application performance and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in user training and provide support for application upgrades or new feature rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support or business analysis.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
