Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level digital solutions within a dynamic, multi-cloud environment. This role plays a key part in driving technical strategy and execution for digital transformation initiatives in the automotive finance domain.

You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using modern DevOps and cloud-native practices. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deliver end-to-end digital solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise architecture and compliance needs.
Lead integration efforts with core systems (CRM, loan origination, payment gateways, identity platforms).
Drive DevOps excellence CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability.
Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.
Guide development teams with clear technical leadership focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Participate in architectural governance, solution reviews, and KPI definition for operational maturity.
Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Mentor and inspire software engineering teams.

Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design; experience in financial services or automotive finance is preferred.
Strong background in designing scalable, cloud-native, and secure solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
Expertise in DevOps practices in regulated environments, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Experience with enterprise financial systems and integration of heterogeneous systems.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models with globally distributed teams.
Familiar with microservices architecture, API-first design, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Apigee.
Knowledge of metrics-driven performance evaluation and DevOps maturity frameworks.
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native), and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Experience with open-source tech stacks, enterprise-grade application security, and modern web development standards (accessibility, SEO, performance, monitoring).
Solid understanding of micro front-end strategies and service-oriented architectures.
