Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA PP implementation and support initiatives
• Conduct workshops and contribute to process solutioning
• Collaborate with business SMEs, architects, developers, and SI partners
• Configure SAP PP solutions and maintain functional documentation
• Translate functional specs into application design documents
• Coordinate with ABAP teams for WRICEF developments
• Prepare and execute test plans, unit testing, and integration testing
• Support defect resolution and root cause analysis
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager and SAP Activate methodology

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years overall experience in SAP Production Planning
• 8+ years of SAP PP consulting with at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation
• Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA roadmap, releases, and innovations
• Deep expertise in:
• MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Capacity Planning
• Strategy Groups, Backflushing, Scrap, FIORI Apps
• User exits, batch jobs, standard SAP PP reports
• Experience with interfaces and cross-module integrations

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Aerospace & Defense industry experience
• PPDS, QM, PS module exposure
• Discrete & repetitive manufacturing
• ECM/OCM, batch & serial number management
• SAP certifications (PS or S/4 HANA)
• Agile / SAFe & SAP Activate methodology
