Seeking an experienced Business Analyst (12+ years) with strong expertise in reviewing and evaluating business systems, gathering requirements, and aligning solutions with business strategies. Must have solid understanding of business analysis practices, SDLC methodologies, and experience supporting software design, testing (unit, system, UAT), and project delivery. Requires strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. Prefer candidates with experience in case management systems, Jira, and background as a Data Analyst or in project management (PMP a plus).
