Job Title: Jira Developer / Administrator
Location : Remote
Job Summary

We are seeking a Jira Developer/Admin to configure, customize, and manage Atlassian tools, primarily Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. The role involves supporting Agile teams, automating workflows, and ensuring smooth project and service management operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence

  • Create and manage projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and permissions

  • Develop and customize Jira using automation rules, scripts, and plugins

  • Support Agile/Scrum and Kanban teams

  • Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls

  • Create dashboards, reports, and filters

  • Integrate Jira with third-party tools (CI/CD, Git, ServiceNow, etc.)

  • Provide Jira production support and troubleshoot issues

  • Document configurations and best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira Administration

  • Knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, and permissions

  • Experience with Jira Automation / scripting (Groovy preferred)

  • Understanding of Agile frameworks

  • Experience with Confluence administration

  • Basic REST API knowledge
