Job Descriptions: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our U.S. business process initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in U.S.-based business processes, exceptional English communication skills, and hands-on experience in proposal writing and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. market through strategic outreach and cold calling.
- Develop and write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Initiate and manage client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition to Account Managers (AMs) post-acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in U.S.-based business processes, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in cold calling and client acquisition.
- Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to tailor content to specific client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in knowledge transfer processes to Account Managers.
- Familiarity with U.S. market dynamics and client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
