Pay rate: $75-85/hr
We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and support of workflow applications for the Facultative and Corporate Business Unit. Utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality solutions that align with industry standards and compliance requirements. Your expertise will help drive the digital transformation of business processes, ensuring seamless integration and operation of P&C applications.

Responsibilities:
- Host, extend, and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform to support business needs.
- Identify and implement business requirements into effective technological solutions.
- Consult with business departments to develop customized digital solutions.
- Provide support throughout all phases of the digitalization life cycle.
- Ensure products are developed and maintained to deliver high-quality results.
- Implement and configure the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
- Create custom connections and configure Dataverse and Security Roles.
- Collaborate with business departments to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Stay updated with advanced technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Robotics.
Experience Requirements:
Must-Have:
- University degree in Computer Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent IT-related technical work experience.
- Several years of experience in IT application development with in-depth knowledge of the software development and product life cycle.
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio).
- Experience in creating custom connections and configuring Dataverse and Security Roles.
- Strong skills in Canvas App and Model-driven App development.
- General programming skills, including object orientation.
- Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Basic knowledge of SSO technologies (e.g., NTLM, Kerberos, OAuth).
- PL200 (Power Platform App Maker) or PL400 (Power Platform Developer) certifications.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Visual Studio, .Net Core, .Net Framework, Rest API, Azure, Typescript, Javascript, and Entity Framework.
