Help Desk Specialist

A dynamic organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team on a hybrid permanent basis. This will pay up to 70k, and offer benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, holidays, and PTO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to a diverse range of users across multiple branches.

As a key member of the team, you'll have the chance to work on various projects, including equipment replacements, new branch openings, and potential software rollouts.

Responsibilities will include handling tickets (10-12 per day), updating knowledge bases and documentation, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional support. You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, potentially moving into more senior roles or taking on additional responsibilities.

The IT Support Specialist will be required to possess excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users at various technical levels. You'll need to be able to listen actively, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.

In terms of technical requirements, the ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows 11, O365, and mobile devices, with experience with Intune and MDM a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with users from various backgrounds.
