Product Manager (2 Openings) - Merchandising and Supply Chain
Contract through April 2026 | Hybrid ? 2 days on-site in Minneapolis, MN
Rate: $50-75/hr W2 + benefits
Overview
We?re seeking two skilled Product Managers to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of technology-driven solutions supporting merchandising and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a product professional who excels at translating business needs into actionable roadmaps, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for merchandising and supply chain capabilities.
Lead cross-functional efforts between engineering, operations, and business teams to develop and deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into detailed product features and user stories.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology enablement within inventory management, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with analytics teams to measure product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Manage timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure successful on-time delivery.
Support ongoing enhancements and feature releases through coordination with internal teams and vendor partners.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on merchandising, supply chain, or operations technology.
Proven success working in Agile environments and driving iterative product delivery.
Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and related Agile project management tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
Experience managing cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail.
