Job Title: Lead Data Analysis

Location: Philadelphia, PA / West Chester, PA (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Duration: 12+ months contract

Must have 10+ years experience

Must have telecom domain

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Optional/Good-to-Have Skills:

• Power BI
• Spark
• ETL/ELT
• Cloud Technologies

Other Important Traits:

• Hands-on experience with big data processing & streaming (e.g., telecom network data)
• Familiarity with LLMs/NLP is a strong plus
• Strong communication able to present findings to leadership
• Independent and collaborative
• Bachelor's or Master s in related field (Data Science, Stats, CS, etc.)

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks
• 5+ years with AI/ML techniques (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Telecom domain experience, ideally in networking
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with data
• Familiarity with LLMs or NLP is a big plus
