Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who promotes Agile best practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and helps teams remove impediments to achieve sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles

Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint commitments

Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

Track sprint progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Promote continuous improvement and team accountability

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Ensure Agile metrics and reports are maintained (velocity, burn-down, burn-up charts)

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise Agile environments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master preferred)

Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams

Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps concepts is a plus
