Job Title: Data Center Technician
Shifts Available:
  • A Side Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • A Side Nights: Same days | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • B Side Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday & every other Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • B Side Nights: Same days | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

L3 Technician

  • 3+ years of Data Center experience

Job Summary

Technicians will support data center operations including:
  • Removing network cables during decommissioning
  • Running, labeling, and staging power and networking cables
  • Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements
  • Preparing and staging equipment for startup/shutdown
  • Conducting physical audits of data center assets

Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues
  • Respond to error messages and resolve or escalate issues
  • Assist in testing and debugging new programs
  • Operate software tools (e.g., spreadsheets) to manage and report data

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training
  • 5+ years of Data Center experience (for L4 roles)
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
