Job Overview:
DKMRBH Inc. is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in CICS Administration and Assembler programming, particularly for modernization projects. This role supports one of our premium clients in the Information Technology sector and is based on site in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support IBM Mainframe CICS environments.
- Work on legacy modernization efforts, involving code migration and platform transformation.
- Utilize Assembler programming to maintain and refactor legacy components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of mainframe applications.
- Contribute to system documentation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Mainframe development, specifically with CICS Administration.
- 10+ years of total IT experience in enterprise-level mainframe environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Assembler programming, particularly in the context of system modernization or legacy transformations.
- Solid understanding of mainframe tools and technologies such as JCL, COBOL, DB2, and TSO/ISPF is a plus.
- Experience working in a structured, collaborative team environment.
