Position: Citrix/ Azure Virtual Desktop Admin
Location: Austin, TX - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Years Skills/Experience
- 8 Administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- 8 Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnets/VLANs, DNS, load balancing, plus hands on with ACLs and firewall rule management.
- 8 Proficiency with PowerShell and familiarity with infrastructure as code concepts.
- 7 Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix/AVD, Windows Server, and network layers.
- 7 Administering Windows Server in enterprise environments (AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, file/print, patching/updates).
Years Skills/Experience
- 4 Experience with Azure network security, public sector security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800 53), and CIS hardening benchmarks.
- 4 Citrix CCA V / CCP V / CCE V; Microsoft AZ 104, AZ 140; ITIL Foundation; CompTIA Network+/Security+, certification(s) are a plus
