Job Title: Lead OFSAA Developer-w2 only

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Role Overview:
Client is seeking a Lead OFSAA Developer to join their core banking analytics team. This is a mission-critical role that supports a suite of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), including FTP, PFT, ALM, Regulatory Reporting, FSBF, and DI Hedge modules.

As a technical lead, you will play a pivotal role in OFSAA configuration, development, deployment, and support-partnering with Finance, Data Warehouse, and BI teams to deliver insights that drive profitability analytics, financial compliance, and enterprise-wide reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

OFSAA Configuration & Development:

  • Customize and maintain multiple OFSAA modules: OFSAAI, FTP, PFT, ALM, Reg-Reporting, FSBF, DI Hedge

  • Develop T2T (Table-to-Table) mappings and pipelines: EDW OFSAA staging reporting layers

  • Manage OFSAA data models and schema changes using Erwin Data Modeler

ETL & Scripting:

  • Build and maintain ETL processes, PL/SQL procedures, and Unix/Linux shell scripts

  • Integrate and validate data with IBM DB2, DataStage, and other warehousing tools

Job Scheduling & Monitoring:

  • Manage batch processes using Zena Enterprise Scheduler (or equivalent)

  • Monitor job performance, troubleshoot failures, and ensure high data availability and integrity

SDLC & Compliance:

  • Administer OFSAA patching, upgrades, deployments, and governance

  • Create detailed technical documentation, follow SDLC best practices, and maintain audit-readiness

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OFSAA and data integration

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to meet monthly regulatory and profitability reporting needs

  • Mentor junior developers and assist in roadmap planning for Profit Plus initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with OFSAA v8.0.6+ and modules like FTP, ALM, PFT, FSBF, Reg-Reporting, DI-Hedge

  • 5+ years in data warehousing, application development, and financial analytics

  • Expert in Unix/Linux scripting, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, TOAD

  • Strong working knowledge of Erwin Data Modeling and schema merging

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of banking/financial services and financial statement structures

  • Experience with Zena, OFSAA patching, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead in a cross-functional team

  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills
