Helpdesk Support

Location is Remote (EST working hours)

JD:

a. Excellent verbal and written skills for helpdesk voice and non-voice interactions
b. Excellent empathetic and efficient customer service skills over voice and non-voice lines
c. supporting incoming call and chats for registration/logon, navigation questions, and technical issues on Elevance websites and Mobile APPs
d. incident reporting and tracking
e. Proficient with web browser and mobile devices
f. Ability to troubleshoot cache/cookies related issues and understanding of private/incognito window
g. Proficient with MS Office Suite
