Will be instrumental in:

  • Defining and driving the strategic roadmap for AI and Generative AI adoption across the advisory and wealth management value chain
  • Identifying high-value AI/GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives and client needs
  • Establishing and guiding the end-to-end AI application lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility assessment to deployment and continuous improvement
  • Advising senior stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and best practices to maximize business impact and ROI

Will combine your technical expertise with business acumen to:

  • Conduct strategic assessments of existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on the integration of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, into advisory and wealth management operations
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with strategic business goals
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for evaluating AI solutions, measuring success, and ensuring responsible AI practices

The ideal candidate for this job should have:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of advisory and wealth management domain processes, value chains, and business drivers
  • Proven experience in AI strategy consulting, including identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI/GenAI use cases
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in dynamic, agile environments with globally distributed teams
  • Natural curiosity and passion for emerging AI technologies and their practical business applications

Responsibilities in this job include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading strategic assessments to identify and prioritize AI/GenAI opportunities within advisory and wealth management workflows
  • Defining and communicating clear AI strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives
  • Advising stakeholders on best practices, risks, and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful translation of strategic AI initiatives into practical, scalable solutions
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and business impact of AI implementations
  • Providing thought leadership, training, and knowledge sharing to build organizational AI capabilities and awareness

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as Amazon Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, and other leading AI frameworks
  • Knowledge of cloud computing principles, AI deployment patterns, and best practices for scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and architectures based on business requirements and constraints
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance in financial services

What we will look for in an ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance or related fields
  • Proven track record in AI strategy consulting or advisory roles, ideally within financial services or wealth management domains

Preferred Additional Experience:

  • Direct experience in financial services, advisory & wealth management domain
  • Experience with strategic consulting methodologies, frameworks, and stakeholder engagement practices
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance considerations specific to financial services
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex organizational environments
  • Thought leadership demonstrated through publications, speaking engagements, or industry contributions in AI/GenAI topics
