Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled SAP Integration Developer to design, implement, and support integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure secure connections, and develop integration flows between SAP systems and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with REST/SOAP/OData APIs, CPI monitoring tools, and working in SAP HR environments such as SuccessFactors and EC Payroll. Familiarity with SAP DataSphere is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and clear documentation practices are essential.

Pay rate: $65-$75

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements
  • Configure and manage secure connections via SAP Cloud Connector
  • Able to configure pre-delivered IFlows for Sap systems, 3rd party vendors .
  • Develop and consume REST/SOAP/OData APIs
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration scenarios using CPI monitoring tools
  • Implement error handling, logging, and alerting mechanisms
  • Maintain documentation for integration architecture and technical specifications
  • Working in SAP HR environment (EC Payroll, SuccessFactors) and SAP DataSphere preferred
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate challenges effectively.


Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CPI or SAP Integration Suite
  • Strong understanding of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP, HTTPS)
  • Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting
  • Experience with SAP BTP services like API Management, Event Mesh, and Workflow
  • Familiarity with SAP EC Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors ( HR Environment)
  • Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Certificates)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels (technical teams, HR leaders, executives)
  • Change management: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
