Job Details

An automation firm that partners with some of the biggest robotics brands and Fortune 500 businesses, is seeking a helpdesk administrator on a contract basis. In this position, you'll be handling 30 internal user needs, setting up new PCs, changing passwords, managing Google Suite accounts, and providing level 1 desktop assistance in a mixed Windows and Linux environment. They are seeking a person who can assist users with different demands and who possesses a good technical grasp.

In this helpdesk administrator role you will be able to expand your career and skill set by gaining practical engineering experience. If you are someone who can transition into a new roles and wear a lot of different hats, this support role may be a great fit for you.
Required skills and Experience
  • Desktop support experience - Windows and Linux
  • Level 1 support
  • Password resets
  • Expertise Supporting Google suite
  • New computer set up
  • Experience decommissioning computers
  • Onsite and Remote Support Experience
  • Expertise with Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication Skills
