At Advantis Global, we provide a bridge that connects talent with opportunity. We have partnered with a leading client in the technology industry, who is seeking a fully remote Unreal Developer III resource. This is a fully remote, 6 month contract with potential long-term extensions.

THEOPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

The Unreal Developer will join a critical innovation team that is building large scale centralized products to enable visual content creation. You will support the development of a new gamified tool utilizing Unreal Engine. You will have the opportunity to blend technical and creative expertise. The Developer will support procedural generation, new feature development, and more.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

A successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc
• Understanding of full Software Development lifecycle
• 3+ years of programming experience Blueprint, C++, Python
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine and developing features in UE from scratch
• Experience with procedural generation, including UEs procedural creation system, Houdini engine, or similar system.
• Experience with performance and memory optimization.
• Previous experience in 3D/Animation/AAA Gaming - previous experience shipping AAA title strongly preferred
• USD experience is a plus
• Unreal lighting/material systems and shader authoring experience is a plus
• Experience with digital content creation software (DCCs) such as Maya, Houdini, Substance, Photoshop, etc.
