Senior AI/ML Engineer

Position: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Contract: W2 Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build next-gen AI/ML products in NLP, NLU, NLG, SLU, and time series forecasting.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy deep learning models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
• Implement RAG, LangChain, VectorDBs; optimize and quantize GenAI models.
• Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle including data prep, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with world-class experts and contribute to innovative research and publications.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong delivery record.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong skills in NLP, LLMs, transformers, GenAI, and model deployment.
• Full-stack development experience (React, Node.js, Django, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributions to research or open-source AI projects.
