Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise OpenShift clusters and KubeVirt virtualization workloads, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure. Work closely with DevOps and application teams to enable automated pipelines and hybrid container/VM environments.
Responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise OpenShift clusters and KubeVirt virtualization workloads, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure. Work closely with DevOps and application teams to enable automated pipelines and hybrid container/VM environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters and KubeVirt-enabled VMs.
- Implement automation and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for containers and VMs.
- Monitor and optimize cluster performance and resource usage.
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery for clusters.
- Provide documentation, support, and knowledge transfer to teams.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and KubeVirt.
- Linux administration, virtualization (KVM/libvirt), container runtimes.
- Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- CI/CD and GitOps (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and collaboration skills.
