RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Summary:
This role blends strategic product management with hands-on product ownership. You'll serve as the voice of the customer and business within a cross-functional Agile team, defining product vision, strategy, and priorities. The focus is on delivering value-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Definition & Strategy:
* Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog aligned with business goals
* Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
* Ensure product features enhance the end-to-end customer experience across digital and operational touchpoints
Leadership & Collaboration:
* Act as the single point of accountability for product delivery within Agile teams
* Partner with Product Managers to align on strategy and roadmap execution
* Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Operations, IT, and Customer Service
* Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews
Product Metrics & Performance:
* Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, NPS, conversion rates, revenue impact, operational efficiency)
* Use data insights to guide decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success
* Promote continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and iterative enhancements
Business Impact:
* Deliver products that contribute to revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction
* Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand quality
* Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance competitive advantage
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager with strong Product Owner capabilities
* Domain expertise in e-commerce is highly valued, experience in travel, retail, or airlines also relevant
* Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Comfortable working in hybrid environments with on-site presence 3 days/week
* Flexible to adapt job specifications based on evolving team needs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
