• Hybrid , 3 days in office Tuesday / Wednesday/ Thursday

• Individual contributor position responsible for assisting in creating product designs and for achieving the style, appearance and fit characteristics of new products and improvements in existing products.
• Works under close direction.
• Often is assigned tasks rather than full responsibility for product line.
• Does perform some level of original concept development. Assists in identifying key color, fabric, prints, patterns, and materials.
• Shops retail stores for trend inspiration.
• Partners closely with Technical Design to ensure correct fit and/or function and look of prototypes. Typically reports to Designer.
• Typically, no direct reports.
• Bachelor s degree in design or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years design experience.
• Candidate illustration skills, Tech pack creation (technical knowledge / knowledge of sleep construction / lounge construction as well as fully fashioned knowledge) centric knowledge & efficiency.
• CAD illustration skills, creation of TP skills (technical knowledge) , Centric knowledge , working under tight deadlines.
• Creation of TP skills (technical knowledge) + Cad illustration skills.
