Akkodis is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI(Hybrid). You will support global PC Renewal and asset management initiatives by improving ServiceNow workflows and enhancing user experience.
Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour

Business Intelligence Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Assist in improving PC Renewal and asset management processes through ServiceNow enhancements and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with the Service Management and User Experience team to support global customers and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow configurations to improve service offerings.
- Monitor and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to ensure accurate asset tracking and renewal processes.
- Provide insights using business intelligence and analytics tools to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency within ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service management or asset management roles.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflows and configurations for asset management and PC renewal processes.
- Proven experience in business intelligence and analytics to drive process improvements and reporting accuracy.
