- Storage Management: Provision and manage persistent volumes (PVs), storage classes, and related resources to meet resilience and performance requirements.
- Security & Access Control: Implement and manage RBAC policies, configure identity providers (LDAP, SSO), and enforce least-privilege access across the cluster.

- Automation & Optimization: Use automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Helm, Operators) to streamline cluster operations and reduce manual effort.
Required Experience and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL preferred).
- Hands-on experience with networking, load balancing, and storage management in containerized environments.
- Familiarity with RBAC, identity providers (LDAP/SSO), and security best practices.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).
- Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document procedures, configurations, and best practices clearly.
Preferred: Certification(s): Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
