Oceanblue Solutions assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Senior Genesys Test Engineer. This is a long-term contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

• Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting.
• For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting, and Test Asset Maintenance (manual and automated). Experience in logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira.
• Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach, and Test Results documents.
• Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms. (i.e. selenium or Qtest)
• Prefer experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing.
• Understand the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts, and software release cycle.
• Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
• Good customer interfacing skills and ability to collaboratively work with different stakeholders in IT and Business.
• Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
