Business Professional - Business Analyst

Compensation
Pay Range:$28.42-$40.60/Hrs

Description
Maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects.
Manage project management processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
Ensure effective communication across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
Establish and document business processes.
Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
Predict potential budget overruns and propose solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update price sheets for home appliance products.
Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across retail channels.
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align pricing with market trends and objectives.
Design and implement promotional strategies for retail customers.
Analyze sales and promotional data to optimize future campaigns.
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor pricing and promotional performance.
Communicate pricing changes and promotional plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with project management and budget tracking.
