  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
  • Five or more years' experience in a software development related to the role

salary: $67 - 68 per hour

responsibilities:


  • Comprehension and experience with application and implementation of the following; ServiceNow CSDM model, ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Service Mapping, Service Portfolio Management, and Application Portfolio Management
  • Strong knowledge of the ITSM framework.


qualifications:


  • Expert experience with development and implementation of any ServiceNow ITSM Modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, CSDM, Configuration (CMDB) or other ITSM / CMDB applications (MID Servers, Discovery).
  • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • Familiar with the following software languages: JavaScript, Powershell, HTML, JSON, CSS, AJAX


skills:

  • Proven experience in working within the Agile standard methodology and participate in the ceremonies.
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive manner and build and maintain effective relationships
  • Comfortable as a self-starter - able to act independently under general direction.
