Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading credit union based in San Antonio, TX . The Project Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with strategic goals. This position will be hybrid in San Antonio, TX!

Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Define project tasks and required resources, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project deadlines.
- Manage the project budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create a detailed project schedule and timeline, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Lead quality assurance processes, relating to project implementation to monitor production, resolve issues, and provide viable solutions.
- Work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology, operations, and business needs.
Qualifications for the Project Manager include:
- 7+ years of project management experience, including planning and tracking projects.
- Experience managing full product lifecycle, with understanding of development lifecycle and technology methodologies.
- Proven experience leading, managing, and delivering projects on-time, within budget, and to scope.
- Experience in successfully leading projects with external and internal teams, holding them accountable for performance.
- Ability to gain buy-in from executives, sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business required.
Compensation for the Project Manager includes:
- $115,000 - $135,000 -- $60/hr - $65/hr
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
