A Build Matrix is a plan for building and testing different configurations of a product. The TPM will work with the engineering team to define and plan these activities.
  • Scheduling and planning of HW engineering deliverables: This involves creating schedules and plans for delivering hardware engineering milestones, such as prototypes or production-ready units. The TPM will work with the engineering team to ensure that these deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Support Smart Glasses program planning and build strategy: This involves supporting the planning and execution of the Smart Glasses program, including defining the build strategy and ensuring that it aligns with overall business objectives.
