Job Details

Seeking an experienced Community Manager to support the Digital Director in managing and growing the social presence of Pureology, Mizani, and Client Technique brands. This role focuses on Instagram strategy, content creation, influencer management, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media strategy, calendars, and analytics.

  • Copywrite and edit engaging Instagram content.

  • Lead influencer and brand collaboration campaigns.

  • Oversee Sprinklr for community management and engagement.

  • Track social trends, analyze performance, and present insights.

  • Create content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Dash Hudson.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree.

  • 3 5 years experience in social media or digital marketing.

  • Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Instagram, Sprinklr, Canva, Adobe Suite, Dash Hudson.

  • Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible to work weekends when needed.
