Job Details

Role Summary:
Serve as a senior technical resource for application support, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of critical business systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced troubleshooting for application-related incidents.

Manage application configurations, updates, and optimizations.

Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.

Analyze logs, performance data, and crash reports.

Support application migrations and deployments.

Create technical documentation for support processes and known issues.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in enterprise applications and troubleshooting methodologies.

Good understanding of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle) preferred.

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).

Strong analytical and communication skills.
