Job Description
Our healthcare client is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents and supporting dedicated staff with the tools and technology needed to succeed. We are currently seeking a skilled and service-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team as a long-term contractor.
Position Summary
The Desktop Support Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all IT-related support across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations by handling everything from new user setups to complex troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main IT contact for staff, providing Tier 1-3 technical support.
  • Set up and configure new user workstations, hardware, and software.
  • Perform device refreshes and hardware upgrades as needed.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and support activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a user-first mindset. Maintain knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
  • Work with with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment tools.
  • Manage within Active Directory, user account management, and remote support tools.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tickets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk presented on resume.
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
