IAM Analyst

Are you a skilled IAM professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? We are seeking an IAM Analyst to support the maintenance and operations of our critical identity and access management platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in managing users, permissions, and groups, as well as maintaining technical configurations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the IAM team with day-to-day operations and systems maintenance.
• Support Active Directory, Okta, and Entra environments.
• Manage users, permissions, groups, and related infrastructure systems.
• Maintain technical configuration and procedures.
• Assist with after-hours maintenance windows as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting Active Directory, Okta, or Entra environments.
• 2+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  
• High School Diploma or equivalent.  

Preferred Skills:

• Active Directory, Entra, or Okta administration experience.
• Windows Server experience.
• PowerShell or other scripting languages proficiency.
• Experience with spreadsheets and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
