Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in our contract recruitment division. The ideal candidate will build and maintain client relationships, identify staffing opportunities, and work closely with our recruitment team to deliver tailored talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new client accounts within target industries.
  • Promote Dallas Talent Solutions contract recruitment services to businesses.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders.
  • Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with recruiters to deliver suitable candidates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management for business strategy improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 3 years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruitment services (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of recruitment or HR industry trends is a plus.
