Job :System Administrator Mid-Level

Onsite position
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using strong customer service skills.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Support customers using Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
Image and provision new hardware equipment for end users.
Track onboarding and shipping activities using strong organizational skills.
Follow asset management processes to ensure accurate customer billing.
Document all work activities in ServiceNow.
Test Intune processes for the Tier 3 team and provide feedback.
Test system upgrades and software changes.
Install software in compliance with security and internal policies.
Troubleshoot customer technical issues (onsite and remote).
Provide step-by-step guidance to remote users during troubleshooting.
Assist in developing team processes and maintaining a knowledge base.
Work with vendors to handle hardware warranty cases.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Moderate hands-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (M365).
Basic understanding of:
MECM
Active Directory
Intune
Tanium
BeyondTrust
Basic knowledge of Apple Macintosh devices with willingness to learn more.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
