Job Details

Our company is a leading innovator in automotive technology software, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Team Lead & Sr. Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing a team of talented engineers, troubleshooting complex software issues, and driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge internal tooling solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant technologies, with a proven track record of leading successful teams in a fast-paced environment.

As a Permanent Team Lead & Sr. Application Support Engineer, you will:

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application support engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
2. Oversee and manage the troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement of existing software applications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
4. Utilize your expertise in AWS and JavaScript to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, ensuring our software solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
6. Provide top-tier customer support, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. 5+ years of experience in a hands on engineering role using .NET, C#, and SQL.
2. 1+ years of experience leading and mentoring other Sr. Engineers.
3. Extensive experience with JavaScript, Angular, AWS and other relevant technologies.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. A strong customer focus, with the ability to provide top-tier customer support and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
